Solvent-based and water-based UV coatings

The range of ILVA UV wood coatings is divided into solvent-based UV, UV100% and water-based UV solutions. The UV products fit any application requirement deriving by specific industrial plant solutions, thanks to the support given by ILVA technicians to the customer.

Solvent-based UV varnishes

Characterized by good reactivity and excellent chemical-physical resistance, these coatings are the ideal choice for large surfaces on high-speed lines.

The range includes:

Clear insulators and primers
Clear and pigmented base-coats
Clear matt and glossy self sealers
Matt and glossy clear and pigmented top-coats

If you look for open or closed pore, extra-matt or soft touch surfaces, specific solutions are available in the product range

Application systems: automatic spray, curtain coater
Drying systems: LED + UV lamps, hot air, excimer lamps
Fields of use: furniture, doors and coverings, floors and stairs, furnishing accessories

UV100% coatings

VOC-free with a solid content of 100%, these coatings are the ideal choice to combine resistance and high aesthetic results with a profound sensitivity towards the environment and health.

The range includes:

Clear and pigmented primers specific for edge lacquers
Clear and pigmented base-coats
Clear and pigmented matte self sealers
Matte and glossy clear and pigmented top-coats
UV Oil

Specific solutions are available in the product range for open or closed pore, extra-matte or soft touch surfaces
